With offshore sites there is no local body to escalate to, so the chat agent is basically your only line if something goes wrong with a withdrawal or KYC. That makes support quality a real safety feature, not a nice to have.
My test is simple. Before I deposit anywhere I open the live chat and ask one specific question that needs an actual answer, like exactly which documents they accept for KYC and what the withdrawal limit is per day. If I get a copy paste wall that does not address what I asked, that tells me how the conversation will go when there is real money stuck.
The good ones answer the question, give a number, maybe link the right terms page. The bad ones loop you.
