Want to talk about something that gets ignored until you need it. Support.

With offshore sites there is no local body to escalate to, so the chat agent is basically your only line if something goes wrong with a withdrawal or KYC. That makes support quality a real safety feature, not a nice to have.

My test is simple. Before I deposit anywhere I open the live chat and ask one specific question that needs an actual answer, like exactly which documents they accept for KYC and what the withdrawal limit is per day. If I get a copy paste wall that does not address what I asked, that tells me how the conversation will go when there is real money stuck.

The good ones answer the question, give a number, maybe link the right terms page. The bad ones loop you.

How do the rest of you judge support before it matters? Any place actually impress you, or is it all canned now.

This is underrated as a vetting step. Genuinely.

I ask about their dispute process specifically. Where does it go if the agent cannot resolve it. The honest ones admit the chain is short because they are offshore. The ones that pretend there is some big formal escalation are either clueless or lying, and both are bad. Limited recourse is the reality, I respect a site that does not dress it up.

I time the first response and whether the second message actually builds on the first.

Canned systems answer fast then fall apart on the follow up because there is no real person reading. A genuine agent gets slower but stays coherent. I will take slower and coherent every time. Keep the transcript too, copy it out, it is your only evidence later.

Mah, support is where a lot of these sites quietly fail.

One place I tried last year answered everything pre deposit in seconds, very charming. The moment I had a withdrawal question the same chat went cold for a day. So now I do not trust pre deposit friendliness at all, only how they behave once your money is in. That is the real test, secondo me.
